Natural Neroli water, also known as Neroli Hydrosol, with a touch of Witch Hazel make a glorious, lightly astringent face mist or toner. This face mist is great for all skin types but especially for oily, problematic, acne prone skin. It is incredibly gentle and will remove excess oil without stripping any natural moisture.
Use on a cotton ball to tone at night after washing, or as a mist in the morning as an invigorating scented refresher.
